Located near the sea in Partaccia, about 3 km from Marina di Massa, the village extends over an area of approximately 7 hectares, framed by the Apuan Alps and surrounded by dense vegetation.
CONVENTIONED BEACH
Payment on site (unless otherwise specified in the price). Just 50 meters from the sandy beach, with a gently sloping seabed, ideal for families with children. From May 23 to September 12, for guests with beach service included: 1 umbrella + 1 sun lounger + 2 deckchairs per bungalow. For other guests, this service is available with payment on site, subject to availability. There is a free beach accessible to pets (formerly Bau Beach) approximately 300 meters away.
MACHINERY
Reserved parking space for each bungalow in the private, unattended parking lot (additional parking spaces available upon request for a fee). Free Wi-Fi, children's play area, night porter, bar, pizzeria, and partner restaurant. Evening entertainment is available on select days during the season. For a fee: hairdresser and self-service laundry with dryers and ironing facilities. Credit cards accepted.
THE BUNGALOWS Built from natural wood, well-furnished, and adjacent to the caravan and camper pitches. All have a furnished veranda, private entrance, TV, large refrigerator, and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee, payable locally. Prices for Bungalow 4 vary based on whether beach service is included. Beach service is never included in Bungalow 6, but can be booked locally.
