HOTEL 26 ROOMS - 29 COTTAGE The structure is an old renovated farmhouse that maintains intact the ancient charm and characteristics of the era, surrounded by a large park and divided into various blocks close to each other. The small medieval village of Capalbio, about 3 km away, is the last coastal strip of southern Tuscany, in the heart of Maremma.
BEACH It is about 6 km from the sandy coast, 12 km long, which offers free stretches and stretches with bathing establishments entirely built in wood that blend perfectly with the nature that surrounds them. From 13/06 to 31/08 possibility of shuttle service to the beach with payment on site.
EQUIPMENT It offers unattended private parking, a swimming pool (open from May 15th, approximate date) equipped for relaxation (swimming cap required), a hot tub, free Wi-Fi, a bar, a reading corner, air conditioning in common areas, safekeeping at reception, a night porter service, children's games, and ping pong. The restaurant serves traditional Maremma cuisine, with great care and attention to the selection of ingredients, which are mostly farm-grown and organic. For guests in Hotel formula breakfast is buffet style, while dinner is served at the table and for a less demanding dinner, guests can use the pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. The restaurant is also open for lunch with an à la carte menu. For the Residence formula at the restaurant, it is possible to take advantage of the Half Board treatment, preferably to be reserved at the time of booking. Gluten-free menus on request, the hotel adheres to the "Food out of the home" project of the Italian Celiac Association. Sports enthusiasts can use the tennis court, padel court and five-a-side football pitch free of charge (equipment not provided), as well as the agreement with the golf course and the adjacent riding stables. ROOMS Furnished in Tuscan Arte Povera style, they all feature a small porch furnished with a table and armchairs. They include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV (two in the Prestige room), a minibar, a safe, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Superior they can be double/twin rooms with the possibility of adding a third bed for children up to 12 years old, while the Prestige, larger and with a furnished porch, can accommodate up to 4 people; they consist of a large living room with a double or twin bed and an open mezzanine with a double bed.
