RESIDENCE 72 APARTMENTS Directly on the sea, I Tusci Residence and the Hotel Palace Corte dei Tusci are 380 meters apart. The Residence is not connected to the Hotel by an internal passageway but by the provincial road with a pedestrian path protected by guardrails, or by the unlit beach. Apartments It consists of small buildings (ground and first floors) nestled in the pine forest where the apartments are located, and two traditional wood-paneled "cabanas" well-positioned on the seafront, which reflect the comfort of the entire residence. Accommodation is also available on a "Formula" basis. Aparthotel, offering studios with 2/3/4 beds and connecting two-bedroom apartments with 4/5 beds in a kitchenette. Half-board includes breakfast, dinner, and drinks with meals, along with bed linen and towels (initial supply), and final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette). Cleaning during your stay and daily tidying of the apartment are not included.
BEACH The sandy beach alternates between free and equipped areas, with the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas.
FACILITIES All main services are located in the main building of the hotel. At the Residence: a small kiosk bar open during scheduled hours with free Wi-Fi, two coin-operated laundry machines, and a small playground in the pine forest. In front of the hotel is a large unattended outdoor parking lot, secured by a barrier with an access code. One guaranteed parking space per unit is available. For dinner, Aparthotel guests must go to the hotel restaurant; for breakfast, they can also use the kiosk bar (hot drinks and croissants only). Meals are available for Residence guests for a fee and subject to availability. A grocery store, pharmacy, and medical service are nearby. Credit cards accepted, except Amex, Maestro, and Barclays.

THE APARTMENTS All have a furnished patio or terrace (ranging from 5,5 sq m to 19 sq m), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, telephone, TV, safe, microwave, toaster, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The Cabane apartments (double bed and bathroom) have a shared outdoor balcony. Management will assign these apartments; please specify your preference when booking.
MONO 3/4 beds (approximately 23/26 m2): living room with kitchenette, double bed or sofa bed, and single or bunk bed. Bathroom. BILO DS 5 beds (approximately 44 m2): living room with kitchenette and double bed or sofa bed, double or twin bedroom with additional single bed, two bathrooms, two terraces or two furnished patios. In Aparthotel Formula for the Communicating double bedrooms minimum occupancy 4 people.
