HOTEL 119 ROOMS The Maremma coast is an alternation of very long sandy beaches bordering lush pine forests, small coves and rocky ravines. Bathed by a clear sea and sheltered by hills, it enjoys a mild climate all year round with springs that blend into long sunny summers. Directly on the sea, the Hotel Palace Corte dei Tusci and the I Tusci Residence are 380 meters apart. The Hotel is not connected to the Residence by an internal passage but by walking along the provincial road with a pedestrian path protected by guardrails, or by the unlit beach. A pedestrian/cycle path connects the village to the entrance to Follonica on one side and to Puntone on the other. The Hotel, in typical Tuscan style which also takes up the colors of the ancient farmhouses, is composed of a two-storey central body where the rooms are located.
BEACH The Hotel is directly on the sea. The sandy beach alternates free and equipped sections, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
FACILITIES In front of the Hotel there is a large uncovered parking lot, not guarded but protected by a barrier with an access code, with one parking space guaranteed per housing unit also for guests of the Residence. It has two swimming pools, one for children, a solarium equipped with sun loungers to be reserved upon booking and with payment on site. In addition, a lift, free Wi-Fi in common areas, 24-hour reception, restaurant, hall with reading and TV lounges, small library, air-conditioned internal bar and pool bar, newsstand corner (from 24/01 to 06/13 indicative dates). Entertainment with Baby Club (4/8 years), Mini Club (8/12 years) e Junior Club (12/16 years), mini golf for a fee. Early check-in can be requested with a supplement to be paid on site. At I Tusci Residence there is also a small kiosk bar open at set times, two coin-operated washing machines and a small playground in the pine forest. The restaurant, located at the Hotel, is made up of two rooms, one of which is internal and air conditioned, on the ground floor and on the first floor, the latter flanked by a charming covered terrace with outdoor seating. Here large buffets are served for all meals, with unlimited water and wine in carafes included. Full Board begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Microwaves are available at reception to heat baby food and, on request, high chairs, bed rails and baby bath tubs. Possibility of bike rental. Grocery stores, pharmacy and medical service in nearby Follonica about 2 km away. The property accepts credit cards except Amex, Maestro and Barclays.

ROOMS All rooms feature a large patio or terrace, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, telephone, TV, minibar, safe, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Third and fourth beds are always twin beds. Prices refer to Standard facing the cool pine forest. For the rooms Sea side/ Swimming pool (quadruples on the ground floor or first floor) e Superior Sea View (located on the second floor and equipped with a furnished terrace) there is a supplement. On request it is possible to add a 5th bed in the quadruple rooms.
