RESIDENCE 72 APARTMENTS Directly on the sea, I Tusci Residence and the Hotel Palace Corte dei Tusci are 380 meters apart. The Residence is not connected to the Hotel by an internal passage but by walking along the provincial road with a pedestrian path protected by guardrails, or by the unlit beach. The Apartments It is composed of small buildings (ground floor and first floor) immersed in the pine forest where the apartments are distributed and two typical "cabanas" covered in wood and well positioned in the first row on the sea, reflecting in comfort the characteristics of the entire Residence. Also available accommodation in Aparthotel, which offers 2,3,4, 4, 5 bed studios and XNUMX and XNUMX bed communicating double rooms in apartments with kitchenette and half board treatment with breakfast, dinner and drinks included with meals, bed linen and towels (first supply), final cleaning (excluding kitchenette); however, cleaning during the stay and daily tidying of the apartment are not included.
BEACH The sandy beach alternates free and equipped sections, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
EQUIPMENT All services are in the main building of the Hotel (next page). The Residence also has a small kiosk bar open at set times with free Wi-Fi, two coin-operated washing machines and a small playground in the pine forest. In front of the Hotel there is a large uncovered car park, not guarded but protected by a barrier with an access code, with one parking space guaranteed per housing unit. For dinner, guests in the Aparthotel must go to the Hotel restaurant, while for breakfast, they can also use, at their choice, the kiosk bar at the Residence, where however only hot drinks and croissants are available. Meals are also available for guests of the Residence, for a fee and subject to availability. Nearby there are groceries, a pharmacy and a medical service. The structure accepts credit cards except Amex, Maestro and Barclays.

The apartments located in the cabanas, consisting of a double bed and bathroom, do not have a patio but a common external balcony.
