The apartments are surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation with flower beds and well-kept lawns. The quiet location is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
BEACH About 100 meters away, crossing the road and the pine forest, is the fine white sand beach of Punta Ala, partly free and partly equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds. Also windsurfing, water skiing, sup and canoes. Bau Beach about 2 km away.
EQUIPMENT Guests have access to a parking space per apartment in the private fenced unattended parking lot, swimming pool (12x12 m) equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas (open from June to September), free Wi-Fi and a play area for children. About 500 m away there is a shopping centre and all kinds of services such as a market, pharmacy, boutique, newspapers, post office and ATM, restaurant, bar and car rental. Nearby there is a golf course, minigolf, tennis and equestrian centre with riding stables. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS They have a balcony if on the first floor, if on the ground floor a loggia or small garden or large garden in the Trilo, furnished with outdoor furniture. All with independent entrance, free Wi-Fi, TV and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning except for type A. On request and if available at the time of booking free washing machine.
