HOTEL 194 ROOMS Located on a 100-hectare estate in the heart of Maremma, the property is surrounded by shady gardens and sunflower fields. The hotel is a renovated farmhouse within the farm and is approximately 7,5 km from Grosseto city center and 8 km from the sea, both accessible via a cycle path.

The closest beach is that of Marina di Grosseto, about 8 km away; wide and sandy, equipped with some affiliated bathing establishments, it also offers free stretches. The structure also has agreements with other establishments in Principina Mare (about 8 km) and in Castiglione della Pescaia (about 12 km).
FACILITIES In addition to the private unattended parking, it has two swimming pools with a children's area (open from 25/05 with closure at certain times of the day and with lifeguard assistance only at certain times), equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds available until exhaustion.
