Description

APARTMENTS Distributed in residential complexes within the pine forest, they are located in the seaside tourist resort of Principina a Mare, along the coast overlooking the Grosseto plain, about 10 km from the city of Grosseto and inside the pine forest of the coastal tombolo. The original pine forest, now occupied by the current Principina a Mare, seems to have been the dotal property of a princess in the past, from which the name "La Principina" derives. The center is inhabited only in the summer by tourists who find a peaceful and exclusive stay here in a context that presents only environmental attractions.
BEACH This stretch of coastal coastline is among the widest in the area, with dunes reaching the end of the beach and with a low and compact pine forest behind it. The beach has equipped and modern bathing establishments.
FACILITIES Only in some cases the apartments have private parking. In the village there are shops and services of all kinds, as well as various sports equipment. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS All with a balcony, veranda, or small garden, simply furnished to suit the individual owner's taste, they include a TV, washing machine, and bathroom with shower or bathtub. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.
