18 APARTMENTS The complex, looked after and cared for by the owners, is located in Principina a Mare, a well-known tourist resort particularly appreciated by those who love tranquility and nature. Immersed in greenery, surrounded by the garden and in the shade of the sumptuous pine forest, the apartments are distributed within a three-story building, about 300 meters from a small shopping center. A cycle path connects the town to Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto.
BEACH It is about 390 meters from the wide sandy beach of Principina, very long and protected by a lush pine forest. There are large stretches of free beach and numerous bathing establishments equipped with all comforts and refreshment points.
FACILITIES It has private unattended parking, free Wi-Fi, a lift and a shared laundry room for free use (detergents not provided). Guests can spend pleasant moments of relaxation and conviviality sitting on the benches in the cool garden or under the shared porch equipped with comfortable sofas. Nearby are beach volleyball courts and mini golf. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
