RESIDENCE 70 APARTMENTS It consists of a five-storey structure located in the center of Marina di Grosseto, directly on the sea and on the pedestrian promenade (in the ZTL area). Marina di Grosseto is a seaside resort immersed in the greenery of a very thick pine forest bordering Castiglione della Pescaia, an ideal base for interesting excursions to the Argentario and throughout the Maremma hinterland.
PRIVATE BEACH free service. 150 meters from the property is the beach establishment where, from 23/05 to 20/09, customers will have 1 umbrella + 2 deckchairs per room/apartment starting from the 11th row (other rows with supplement to be requested when booking). The large beach of fine sand, in addition to being equipped with numerous bathing facilities, offers some free stretches. Nearby it is possible to practice water sports. Pets are not allowed at the establishment.
FACILITIES It offers paid garage parking upon request at the time of booking, and public parking nearby. It also has a reception (daily from 09.00:20.00 am to 05:09 pm), a lounge and TV room, and two elevators. From May 23 to September 20, it is possible to book half-board or full-board (drinks not included) at the partner restaurant located approximately 150 meters from the property. In addition to the Residence formula, all types of apartments are also offered in Family Hotel Formula (min. 2 full rates per apartment), designed especially for families with children, which includes use of the kitchenette; both options do not include daily housekeeping. A wide range of services are available within a few dozen meters, including a market, pharmacy, newsstand, restaurants and pizzerias, medical services, mini golf, tennis, horseback riding, and bike rental. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Comfortable and modernly furnished, they all have an equipped balcony, air conditioning, TV, telephone, electric hobs, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

MONO B 3 beds (approx. 28 sq m) Living room with kitchenette, double bed and single bed. Bathroom. (A cot is not available, but bed rails can be added to the single bed.) PETS ALLOWED on request, until 13/06 and from 12/09 (payment on the spot, only if the dedicated apartments are available and upon written request by the customer and subsequent acceptance by the residence), small size (max 10 kg) Euro 10 per day.
