HOTEL 51 ROOMS - RESIDENCE 100 VILLAS/ APARTMENTS Elegant and welcoming, surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Resort is located in one of the most exclusive places on the Tuscan coast. About 5 km away is the town of Castiglione della Pescaia, an exclusive center dominated by the splendid Aragonese castle where clubs and city events light up the summer evenings with shows, parties and concerts. The area is characterized by renowned beaches and woods, ideal for walking, mountain biking or horseback riding and is an excellent starting point for visiting the medieval villages of Massa Marittima, Pitigliano and Scansano.
PRIVATE BEACH Complimentary service. The fine sandy beach is accessible with a short walk through the resort's pine forest. The hotel is approximately 50-100 meters from the sea, the Monos 100-250 meters, and the Villas 200-450 meters. Each unit has complimentary use of one umbrella and two loungers at the private beach club. Beach towels are included only for Sea View and Superior rooms. Superior rooms have an umbrella in the first row, while other room types have an umbrella from the second row onward. There is also a snack bar on the beach and pedal boat rental available.
EQUIPMENT It offers private, shaded, unattended parking, a swimming pool with a children's area, a relaxation area, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers an elevator, night concierge service, air conditioning in common areas, a lounge, and a market/bazaar. Beach volleyball, soccer/basketball courts, and a gym with Technogym equipment are also available. SPA for a fee. From 01/06 to 31/08 Mini Club for children aged 4/12 and piano bar with live music six nights a week. ROOMS Welcoming and furnished with meticulous attention to detail, they feature comfortable spaces in typical Tuscan style, with light-colored floors, ash furniture, and curtains and bedspreads in warm, sunny hues. Each room is unique, and features a terrace, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a minibar, TV, safe, and telephone. Most have a bathtub and overhead shower, others a walk-in shower, and all include a hairdryer. Pinewood Side, overlooking the pine forest and the garden, can be double with the possibility of adding an additional cot. Sea side, with a suggestive glimpse of the sea, they have the same occupation as the Lato Pineta typologies. The Sea View, with terrace and an exciting sea view, they have a maximum occupancy of two people (without the possibility of an additional cot). The Higher, like the Sea View rooms but with a large terrace overlooking the pine forest, they have a canopy bed, bathroom with shower and hydromassage seat, bathrobe and slippers. Family 2 + 1 o 2 + 2 spacious and ideal for families, they have a mandatory occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children (0/10 years and with a maximum height of 1,50 m for children), they have a double room on the pine forest side with bunk bed and equipped terrace overlooking the pine forest.
