The apartments are located along a thin strip of land overlooking the sea at the foot of Monte Argentario, about 5 km from Albinia and a few steps from the fine sandy beach of Giannella, which extends for 7 km. Behind Giannella opens the enchanting landscape of the Maremma countryside, rich in hills, olive groves, vineyards and picturesque historic centers such as Talamone, Capalbio and Pitigliano.
BEACH A short distance away is the Giannella beach, which is sometimes free and equipped. Nearby Diving Center, possibility of boat rental and mooring.
FACILITIES The property has free internal unattended parking. Tennis court and bicycle rental available for a fee. Nearby there is also a market/bazaar, snack bar, restaurant, newsagent, coin-operated laundry, soccer field and children's playground. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Simply and functionally furnished, they are located on both the ground and first floors, some with outdoor space or balconies. They feature a private entrance, TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub. "+1" refers to occupancy of one child up to 12 years old.
