HOTEL 112 ROOMS Immersed in a 5-hectare natural park close to the beach of Torre Mozza, it is the ideal place to relax and contemplate nature. The town of Follonica is about 6 km away.
PRIVATE BEACH Free service. The private beach, sheltered by a verdant pine forest, is approximately 100 meters away. It features sand dunes that slope gently toward the shore. The shallow, sandy seabed makes it perfect for children. A few meters from the shore is a reef that runs parallel to the coast, protecting it from rough waves. From May 1 to October 10, guests have free use of one beach umbrella, two lounge chairs, one director's chair, and beach towels per room. A partner diving center is available. In Follonica, in Puntone di Scarlino, windsurfing and kitesurfing courses are available. A dog beach is nearby.
FACILITIES It offers private unattended parking, a 25-meter swimming pool (heated in low season) equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, a snack bar, free Wi-Fi, a lounge and relaxation area, a bar, air conditioning in common areas, a night porter service, and a laundry service. Breakfast is buffet style, and dinner is served at the table. The restaurant offers à la carte dinners with payment on site. Guests have free use of bicycles and a tennis court upon reservation. Electric car charging stations, private tennis lessons, fitness classes, airport transfers, and babysitting are available for a fee. A horseback riding stable and boat excursions are available nearby. The property accepts credit cards.
ROOMS All spacious and comfortably furnished, they feature a furnished outdoor space, a balcony, a patio, or a garden. They also include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite and Pay TV, a safe, a minibar, a kettle, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A bathrobe and slippers are provided, except for the Comfort room. All guests receive a welcome drink. Junior Suites and Sea View Suites also feature a coffee machine with complimentary pods. Queen-size beds cannot be split. Room types Comfort e Higher, the latter larger, can be double or triple. The Superior Sea View they can also accommodate the 3rd bed set up on a sofa bed. The De Luxe They are triple/quadruple rooms with two queen-size double beds and can have a sea view with a supplement. Family Room These are Superior rooms equipped with a single sofa bed or with a 3rd/4th bed bunk bed. Le Suite with double balcony, they have two separate environments, a living area with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a queen size double bed. The Junior Suite they consist of a sleeping area with two queen size double beds.
PETS ALLOWED on request (payment on the spot) small/medium size (max 18 kg) Euro 25 per day + Euro 35 per stay for final cleaning (with obligation of insurance policy to be sent upon confirmation).
