HOTEL 38 ROOMS The Resort offers a pleasant combination of wellness, sport and relaxation by the sea. Situated in a panoramic position facing the island of Elba and the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago, it is immersed in the luxuriant green spaces typical of the Tuscan Maremma. An oasis of peace and relaxation about 1,5 km from the center of the lively town of Follonica.
CONVENTIONED BEACH payment on the spot. The Resort has an agreement with a bathing establishment in Follonica where customers will have an umbrella, two deck chairs and a director's chair at their disposal with a shuttle service at set times. At about 1 km, the stretch of Pratoranieri beach offers free stretches alternating with others with bathing establishments (not affiliated).
FACILITIES It has unattended private parking, two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is for fun with water games and the other for swimming, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, a hydromassage tub and a children's pool. In addition, free Wi-Fi internet connection, lounge and bar, air-conditioned common areas. Breakfast is served as a buffet while dinner is served at the table. The restaurant, with a splendid panoramic view of the golf course, offers four-course menus with local products (drinks not included) accompanied by a selection of regional and national wines; also open for lunch with payment on the spot. Guests enjoy free access to SPA (1 admission per day per person upon reservation and availability): open every day from 10 to 20, spread over 260 square meters and offers a sauna, steam bath, Kneipp path, emotional showers, ice waterfall, Zerobody bed, relaxation area (entrance to the wetlands is allowed from 16 years of age), while massages and treatments are subject to payment upon reservation. Beginners and more expert golfers can test themselves on the 18 holes, enjoying indescribable views of the sea and the Tuscan archipelago (service paid for on site). The property accepts credit cards.
ROOMS Sometimes with balcony, sea or garden view, are distributed within two distinct buildings: in the central body and in the detached building about 150 meters away. They all have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, mini bar, kettle, telephone and bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer. The typologies Il Borghetto, can be double or triple (with single sofa bed), some with independent entrance. By they are only double while the Birdie they can accommodate up to three people (double bed and possible single bed). The wide ones Suite Eagle, some on two levels, accommodate up to four people and consist of a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a large balcony. Il Borghetto single rooms are also available (one with a French bed).
