BEACH It is 2 km from the clear and fine sand coast of Follonica. On the beach you can find bathing establishments and practice various water sports. A few kilometers away, for four-legged friends, comfortable and equipped bau beach.
EQUIPMENT It has private unattended paid parking, a swimming pool and outdoor spaces. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, a sports center, a supermarket, shops of various kinds and for every need. At about 1 km water park and public park with cycle path and jogging path. The property does not accept credit cards. Groups under the age of 18 are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS Spacious and spacious, they are located on the first floor of a small complex. They feature a private entrance and a furnished veranda, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, and a safe.
