VILLAGE 230 APARTMENTS Located approximately 1800 meters from the center of Follonica, bordering the Via Aurelia and the railway, it is close to the beautiful Pratoranieri seafront, and is the ideal choice for a relaxing and sporty holiday. The village is composed of brick terraced houses, and cars are prohibited inside, except within the perimeter area.
PRIVATE BEACH (payment on site). The free sandy beach of Follonica is located approximately 450 meters from the Classic area and approximately 300 meters from the Premium area. It can be reached via the new underpass, a dedicated path both on foot and by bicycle (approximately 2 km by car). Subject to availability and to be requested upon booking, the village offers the option of reserving umbrellas and loungers at its own establishment, approximately 300 meters away, with payment on site.
EQUIPMENT It offers unattended private parking with one parking space for each unit. A swimming pool for adults and children (swimming caps required) is open from May 15 to September 15 (opening/closing at the property's discretion). The property also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in common areas, a TV room, night porter service, a bar, a tennis court and five-a-side football pitch (nighttime lighting available for a fee), a beach volleyball court and table tennis, and evening entertainment. THE APARTMENTS Functionally furnished and arranged in four-family units, they are all on the raised ground floor with a furnished veranda. They feature both a front and rear garden, private entrance, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, telephone, and bathroom with shower. Upon request at the time of booking and for a supplement payable locally, apartments with a washing machine, dishwasher, and/or oven are available. Bilo Classic are located 50/100 meters from the village services and 500 meters from the sea, while the Premium Trilo located near the Village services, they are 300/500 meters from the sea.
