VILLAGE 31 APARTMENTS Located in Prato Ranieri, 4 km from the center of Follonica, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, it is located close to a characteristic canal used as a marina and a dense pine forest that separates it from the sea. The well-protected railway line runs behind the village.
PRIVATE BEACH free service. The apartments are 150 to 350 meters from the private and equipped beach of fine sand with a gently sloping seabed. At guests' disposal free of charge 1 umbrella + 1 sun lounger + 1 deckchair per apartment (additional sun loungers for a fee), also a beach bar on the beach.
MACHINERY Guests have access to one parking space per apartment in the internal shaded, unattended car park. The property has a reception, free Wi-Fi in public areas, a children's play area, table tennis, a bar and a mini market with a newsagent. Upon reservation and for a fee, there is a multi-purpose tennis and five-a-side football pitch, mini golf and bicycle rental. From 01/06 (indicative date) breakfast can be enjoyed at the bar (to be requested at the time of booking). The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS The villas, all on the ground floor with independent entrance, are equipped with a patio equipped with a safety gate, air conditioning, TV and bathroom with shower cubicle.

ACCOMODATION Available until June 13 and from August 29 (minimum stay 3 nights), Saturday/Saturday other periods. For stays of less than 7 nights, see daily rates; for stays of more than 7 nights, rates are pro-rata based on the weekly rate. Arrivals from 2:00 PM, departures by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas, air conditioning. Bed linen and towels with weekly change. Final cleaning (except kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) failure to clean kitchenette € 40.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on site, in cash) Euro 150 per apartment and Euro 10 for each key provided.
