RESIDENCE 9 APARTMENTS The complex, recently renovated, in a privileged position close to the sea and all kinds of services, is located in a quiet area in the renowned centre of Castiglione della Pescaia, with its historic centre and its shops.
BEACH Just 100 meters from the sea and the sandy beach on the western coast of Castiglione della Pescaia, a beach that has repeatedly received the Blue Flag and Legambiente's 5 Sails award for its sea quality. It has also topped the Italian Green Flag rankings for many years, the recognition that identifies the most child-friendly beaches. The beach is partly equipped with beach clubs, and partly free.
MACHINERY It offers private, unattended parking and bicycle use subject to availability. Upon request, guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Piccolo Hotel (under the same management, about 50 meters away) with payment on site. A bar, tobacconist, grocery store, pizzeria, and restaurant are nearby. The hotel accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS All are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Some have a balcony or terrace, others a veranda.
