RESIDENCE 19 APARTMENTS Also suitable for the most demanding customers, its position guarantees a perfect combination of relaxation and culture thanks to the proximity of the sea and the cities of Pisa and Livorno. Located in the center of Tirrenia, 300 meters from the central square, the tourist complex is immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean pine forest. It consists of a central body with a reception office, around which the housing units are located.
PRIVATE BEACH Payment on site. The property is located within the beach resort of the same name, located on the long sandy beach of the Pisan coast. From May 15 to September 15, beach service is included in the service package with pre-assigned spots in the last three rows; additional spots cannot be booked. The resort has a restaurant/self-service/pizzeria, bar, and children's play area. Canoe and pedal boat rentals are available.
FACILITIES It has private unattended parking (one parking space per apartment guaranteed but not assigned), Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry and reception office. Also ping-pong, bowling green, five-a-side football and beach volleyball for free use. From 15/05 to 15/09 it is possible to take advantage of the agreement with the restaurant/self-service/pizzeria of the beach establishment. In the center of Tirrenia you can find wellness centers and all the most varied services and meeting places. The structure accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Spacious and modernly furnished, they are located on the ground floor with a private entrance and furnished private garden. All have mezzanine levels and include Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, a telephone with a direct line to the lobby, a kitchenette with an electric stove, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning is available for a surcharge, payable locally.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free until 30/05 and from 12/09 (min. 5 nights, pro-rata quotas), Saturday / Saturday other periods. Arrival from 16.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 19.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 4 years old, €65 per person per week (€10 per person per day for 5-night stays). Includes electricity and water, bed linen and towels with weekly change, Wi-Fi, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette), one parking space per apartment, and beach service from May 15 to September 15 at the beach resort, with one umbrella and two deckchairs in the two-room apartment and two umbrellas and four deckchairs in the three-room apartment (umbrella reservations are not guaranteed; sunbeds are available for a fee).
AIR CONDITIONING (payment on site) Euro 40 per week for two-room apartments, Euro 50 for three-room apartments.
