RESIDENCE 50 APARTMENTS The complex consists of two distinct bodies of two floors each. Located in the center of Tirrenia, a few steps from the central square and the sea, it ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay, in contact with the lively tourist centre.
PRIVATE BEACH Payment on site. From May 9th to September 26th, beach service is included in the Beach Service Card and includes 1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs per apartment, with sun loungers available for a fee. Water sports and pedal boat and canoe rentals are available. A self-service restaurant and bar are also available on the beach.
EQUIPMENT It has private unattended parking (one parking space per apartment guaranteed but not assigned), also an Olympic-sized swimming pool for adults and one for children (in operation from 15/05 to 30/09, indicative dates), free Wi-Fi, reception office, coin-operated laundry and games for children. Table football and ping-pong included in the Service Card. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Spacious and elegantly furnished, they can be on the ground floor (only Mono 4), first or second floor with equipped patio or terrace (except Bilo A). They all have rooms always with low beds, free Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, safe, microwave and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning with supplement to be paid on site.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free until 27/06 and from 12/09 (min. 4 nights, pro-rata quotas), Saturday / Saturday other periods. Arrival from 16.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 19.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 4 years old, €40 per person per week (€6 per person per day for 4-night stays). This includes on-site assistance, electricity, water, and gas bills, bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette), one parking space per apartment, and a children's play area.
AIR CONDITIONING (payment on site) Euro 30 per week for a studio, Euro 40 for a two-room apartment, Euro 50 for a three-room apartment.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) failure to clean kitchenette € 30.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 100 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS (payment on spot, max 1 cot per apartment) Euro 35 per week, linen included. Free if with own cot, linen excluded.

€37 per person per week (€5 per person per day for a 4-night stay), for guests aged 4 and over (payable locally). Includes: use of canoes (subject to availability), table football, and ping pong. Access to the adult and children's pool (open from May 15 to September 30). Beach service in a pre-assigned reserved area with one umbrella and two deckchairs per apartment (sun loungers available for a fee).
