17 APARTMENTS The residence, located in the heart of Tirrenia, one of Pisa's coastal villages and a popular destination for summer tourism, is just a short distance from the beach and the main entertainment venues. The area is nestled in the southern part of the Migliarino Natural Park, shaded by the cool Tuscan pine forest, lapped by the clear waters of the Ligurian Sea.
BEACH Just 300 meters from the property is the beach characterized by the famous and evocative Tirrenia dunes, one of the last natural environments of its kind in Italy, so much so that it led to the establishment of a WWF Oasis.
FACILITIES The structure has an unattended private parking and a garage, both for a fee. Available, garden, lift, launderette, children's play area, reception (open from 9,00 to approximately 18,00) with left-luggage office. With payment on the spot, possibility of renting bicycles. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, pastry shops, a playground, riding stables, golf courses (9 or 18 holes), tennis courts and the CONI centre. Possibility of agreement with amusement park. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Located in a two-story building, each cozy and comfortable apartment features a small balcony, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, an induction stovetop, a microwave, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning and a hairdryer are available upon request and subject to payment on site.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Free (minimum 3 nights until June 20 and from September 05, 5 nights from June 20 to August 7 and from August 22 to September 05, 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 9:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on site) from 15/05 to 15/09 mandatory over 3 years, Euro 5 per person per day. Includes electricity and water consumption, bedroom and bathroom linen (first supply only). Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
AIR CONDITIONING (payment on site) Euro 6 per day per apartment.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) failure to clean kitchenette € 30.
