HOTEL 74 ROOMS Directly overlooking the sea between the pine forest and the beach, within the natural park of Migliarino San Rossore and Massaciuccoli, it is about 4 km from the center of Tirrenia. The location is ideal for reaching the cities of art such as Pisa and Lucca and other characteristic destinations of Tuscany.
PRIVATE BEACH payment on site. With fine sand and a gently sloping seabed, it is suitable for both families with children and all those who love fun and sports. From 24/05 to 20/09, included in the Club Card, beach service (with a spot assigned on the day of arrival) with 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers per room starting from the 4th row (the first three rows are subject to a supplement to be paid on site) and until exhaustion. On the beach there is also a bar, an equipped area for children, a beach volleyball/tennis court and beach soccer. For a fee, there is the possibility of renting canoes, SUPs and pedal boats.
EQUIPMENT Surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, it offers private paid parking (reserved upon booking), an outdoor pool with a children's section and a solarium equipped with umbrellas and loungers (subject to availability), and a snack bar. Free Wi-Fi is also available in public areas, along with night porter service, air-conditioned common areas, a bar, and a children's play area. The property's restaurant, consisting of two large air-conditioned indoor rooms, serves meals (water included) and breakfast with an assisted buffet and assigned tables for the duration of your stay. From June 7th to September 13th, entertainment is included in the Club Card. Mini Club e Junior Club for children and teenagers 3/17 years. ROOMS Renovated in 2023. All rooms are on the ground floor, located in the main building, just steps from the sea. They feature air conditioning, a TV, a telephone, a safe, a mini-bar, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. They consist of a single room with two single beds on the ground floor (a single sofa bed in the Triple Room) and mezzanine open with double bed. Possibility of rooms with Patio, upon request and with supplement.

MANDATORY CLUB CARD FROM 24/05 TO 20/09
€5 per person per day until June 7 and from September 13, €7 per person per day from June 7 to September 13 for children aged 3 and over (payable locally). Includes: 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room on the hotel beach (starting from the 4th row), subject to availability, and use of the equipped swimming pool. From June 7 to September 13, daytime and evening entertainment is provided, with activities organized by the staff according to the weekly program, including sports tournaments, shows, and cabaret. Mini Club for children 3/11 years e Junior Club 11-17 year olds, at set times, with baby dance and dedicated activities both in equipped areas of the hotel and on the beach.
