APARTMENTS Strategically located in the lively town of San Vincenzo, in a residential complex surrounded by green spaces, it is about 900 meters from the center and no more than 10 minutes' walk from the sea. A few kilometers away are ancient villages and medieval towns such as Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
BEACH It is about 600 to 700 meters from the sandy beach of San Vincenzo, which can also be reached via a pedestrian underpass. The beach extends for 12 km and is bordered by thick Mediterranean scrub that extends to the sea, offering both free stretches and the possibility of renting umbrellas and sun loungers.
FACILITIES Surrounded by spacious outdoor spaces, the property features an elevator, private unattended parking, and a garage (the latter available only for Mirto and Corbezzolo apartments). This parking space must be reserved upon confirmation, with payment on-site, and is subject to availability. Depending on the apartment type booked, guests can use the in-ground pools (swimming caps required): two for adults and two for children, reserved for Comfort and Low Cost apartments. The two rooftop pools are reserved for Standard, Superior, and Deluxe apartments. All are open from mid-June to mid-September (opening and closing dates at management's discretion), with umbrellas and loungers available free of charge, subject to availability. A paid laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available; tokens can be purchased at reception. A shopping center with a supermarket, post office, bakery, and pharmacy is located nearby. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Comfortable and spacious, located on the ground floor or on the upper floors, they are finely finished with classic Tuscan style furnishings. Everyone with balcony, Terrace or furnished outdoor space, air conditioning (except for the Low Cost category), free Wi-Fi, TV, pod coffee machine, and dishwasher in Superior and Deluxe rooms. Bathroom with shower. The two-room, three-room, and four-room apartments Comfort (CFT) , are located in two adjacent buildings called "Mirto" and "Corbezzolo". In the "Dimore" building, approximately 200 meters from the previous ones, on the ground floor there are the two-room/three-room types. Standard (STD) and on the upper floors the two-room/three-room apartments Superior (sup) and Bilo Deluxe (LUX)All apartments have a microwave, electric hob, and bathroom with hairdryer. Deluxe apartments have fully renovated bathrooms, two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), and complimentary bathrobes, pool towels, and swimming caps. The two-room/three-room apartments are located behind the S. Costanza complex in the "Lentisco" building. (Low Cost) not renovated and with simpler furnishings.
