APARTMENTS Strategically located in the lively town of San Vincenzo, in a residential complex surrounded by green spaces, it is about 900 meters from the center and no more than 10 minutes' walk from the sea. A few kilometers away are ancient villages and medieval towns such as Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
BEACH It is about 600 to 700 meters from the sandy beach of San Vincenzo, which can also be reached via a pedestrian underpass. The beach extends for 12 km and is bordered by thick Mediterranean scrub that extends to the sea, offering both free stretches and the possibility of renting umbrellas and sun loungers.
EQUIPMENT Surrounded by large outdoor spaces, the property has a lift, private unattended parking and a garage (the latter available only in the Mirto and Corbezzolo type) to be booked upon confirmation, with payment on site and available until all places are filled. Depending on the type of apartment booked, guests can use the swimming pools (with mandatory swimming cap) on the ground, two for adults and two for children reserved for Comfort and low cost, while the two rooftop pools are intended for the more sophisticated types. Standard, Superior e Deluxe, all open from mid-June to mid-September (opening and closing period at the discretion of the management) with umbrellas and sunbeds available free of charge until exhaustion. Paying laundry room with washing machines and dryers, tokens can be purchased at the reception. In the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center with supermarket, post office, bakery and pharmacy. The structure accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Comfortable and spacious, located on the ground floor or on the upper floors, they are finely finished with classic Tuscan style furnishings. Everyone with balcony, terrace or equipped outdoor space, air conditioning (except for the Low Cost type), free Wi-Fi, TV, pod coffee machine and dishwasher in Superior e Deluxe Services with shower box. The Bilo/Trilo/Quadri apartments Comfort (CFT) , are located in two adjacent buildings called "Mirto" and "Corbezzolo". In the "Dimore" building, approximately 200 meters from the previous ones, on the ground floor there are the two-room/three-room types. Standard (STD) and on the upper floors the two-room/three-room apartments Superior (sup) and Bilo Deluxe (LUX)All apartments have a microwave, electric hob, and bathroom with hairdryer. The types Deluxe They have completely renovated bathrooms, two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), and complimentary bathrobes, pool towels, and swimming caps. The two-room/three-room apartments are located behind the S. Costanza complex in the "Lentisco" building. (Low Cost) not renovated and with simpler furnishings.
