VILLAGE 372 APARTMENTS The village extends over a fully fenced 18-hectare estate and is equipped with all the comforts to ensure a completely relaxing stay. Its location makes it an excellent starting point for sightseeing tours of ancient villages, such as Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima, and nature and wildlife parks such as the Maremma Park and the San Silvestro Archaeological-Mining Park. The Calidario natural spring, a 36°C spring water lake now a popular wellness center, is 12 km away. The small town of Riotorto is approximately 5 km away.
CONVENTIONED BEACH Payment on site. The Perelli sand and gravel beach is approximately 1 km away, offering free public beach areas and a partner beach club open from May 1st to October 11th (advance reservations required directly with the resort). The beach club has a few umbrellas available for those who want to keep their four-legged friends company. From May 30th to October 11th, the resort offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach at scheduled times (the seaside train is a courtesy service offered by the resort; during peak periods, transportation cannot be guaranteed for all guests). Nearby activities include sailing, surfing, scuba diving, and sport fishing.
EQUIPMENT The property, surrounded by gardens and large outdoor spaces, features unattended private parking with one parking space per apartment, six swimming pools, two of which are semi-Olympic with diving boards (one open from May 16th to October 11th and the other from May 30th to September 13th), two with slides, and two for children. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property, a safe deposit box at reception, a restaurant, a pizzeria in the summer, a bar, a playground, a market, and a bazaar with newspapers (open from mid-May). Entertainment is available from May 30th to September 11th. Mini Club (4/12 years), Junior Club (12-17 years), mini sand football pitch, beach volleyball court, basketball court and synthetic five-a-side football pitch. The restaurant offers a range of services. Half Board e Full board (water included with meals). THE APARTMENTS All terraced and brick-built, with private entrances and furnished outdoor spaces. They are simply yet functionally furnished. They feature a veranda, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, mosquito nets, and a bathroom with a shower. Plus It offers a fenced veranda and is therefore suitable for staying with your dog. The typology Charm, has a microwave, safe and hairdryer. With the wording "+ 1" we mean the occupation of a child up to 12 years old.
