VILLAGE 156 APARTMENTS The structure is located on the edge of the beautiful and famous pine forest, equipped with all comforts, ensures a relaxing but at the same time dynamic holiday. It is about 1500 meters from the center of Marina di Cecina, where there are restaurants, shops of all kinds and entertainment venues.
CONVENTIONED BEACH payment on site. It is about 800 meters from the large free mixed sand beach of Marina di Cecina and 1200 meters from a stretch of equipped beach where there are establishments with which the structure has an agreement. From 06/06 to 12/09 shuttle service included in the Club Card to/from the nearest beaches. At about 2500 meters possibility of paid windsurfing courses. At about 1500 meters is the free Bau Beach.
EQUIPMENT It offers unattended private parking (one parking space per apartment), a semi-Olympic swimming pool for adults and children (swimming caps required). There is also a poolside snack bar, gardens and outdoor spaces, air conditioning in common areas, a bar, tobacconist, minimarket/bazaar, pizzeria (closed for lunch), infirmary, elevator in the Residence, and Wi-Fi in common areas and in Mono A and Bilo B apartments. At the restaurant (open until September 27 for half-board), in addition to a take-away service, you can enjoy a buffet breakfast and main meals served at the table, with a choice of two three-course menus each and 1/2 liter of water per person. From June 1 to September 13, the restaurant is also open for lunch (it is advisable to confirm the full-board option at the time of booking). Included in the paid Club Cards are a children's playground, fitness trail, two tennis courts (one synthetic grass and one concrete), ping pong, and entertainment with Mini Club e Junior Club from 14/06 to 05/09. The village also has SPA For a fee, a welcoming and comfortable facility with hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, and aromatherapy showers, a heated whirlpool tub, a sauna, an emotional massage room, and a relaxation room. Specialized staff are available for relaxing massages and a wide range of beauty treatments. THE APARTMENTS Carefully furnished, most with garden views, some with private entrances, all have air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe, bathroom with shower (hairdryer in Residence, Corbezzolo and Ginepro).
The Residence types are located in a single block served by a lift. Upon request and with a supplement, Mono A can have Pool side if on the first floor or Pinewood Side if on the ground floor, while the Two-room apartment B they can be on the ground floor with a garden view or on the first floor, with a supplement on the pine forest side. Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Available until July 11 and from August 29 (minimum stay: 2 nights, pro-rata rates), Saturday/Saturday (Sunday/Sunday upon request), and other periods. Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. A penalty of €35 applies for departures after 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Check-in after 10:30 PM is not possible.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas, air conditioning. Bed linen and towels with weekly change (period A daily rearrangement in Mono 4 A and Bilo 6 B, if with Half Board or Full Board treatment). Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) failure to clean kitchenette € 45.
