VILLAGE 4 ROOMS The property is located on the edge of the beautiful and famous pine forest. Equipped with all comforts, it ensures a relaxing yet active holiday. It is approximately 1500 meters from the center of Marina di Cecina, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.
CONVENTIONED BEACH payment on site. It is about 800 meters from the large free mixed sand beach of Marina di Cecina and 1200 meters from a stretch of equipped beach where there are establishments with which the structure has an agreement. From 06/06 to 12/09 shuttle service included in the Club Card to/from the nearest beaches. At about 2500 meters possibility of paid windsurfing courses. At about 1500 meters is the free Bau Beach.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking (one space per room), a semi-Olympic swimming pool for adults and children (swimming caps required). There is also a poolside snack bar, gardens and outdoor spaces, air conditioning and Wi-Fi in common areas, an elevator, a bar, a tobacconist, a minimarket/bazaar, a pizzeria (closed for lunch), and an infirmary. Meals are served at the restaurant, with a buffet breakfast and main meals served at the table, with a choice of two three-course menus each and 1/2 liter of water per person. From June 1 to September 13, it is also open for lunch (it is advisable to confirm your full-board stay at the time of booking). The village, upon payment of a Club Card, allows use of the facilities such as a children's playground, an outdoor fitness trail, two tennis courts (one synthetic grass and one concrete), ping-pong, a basketball court (reservation required), and entertainment with Mini Club e Junior Club from 14/06 to 05/09. The village has SPA For a fee, a welcoming and comfortable facility with hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, and aromatherapy showers, a heated whirlpool tub, a sauna, an emotional massage room, and a relaxation room. ACCOMODATION Available until July 11 and from August 29, Saturday/Saturday (Sunday/Sunday upon request) and other periods. Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. A penalty of €35 applies for departures after 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Check-in after 10:30 PM is not possible.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (payment on the spot, max 1 cot per room Euro 6 per day, linen included (includes cot, high chair and bath tub). Free if with own cot, linen excluded.
