HOTEL 49 ROOMS It is just a few steps from the sea and the charming center of Marina di Bibbona, which has become an ideal destination not only for sea lovers, but also for lovers of nature, relaxation and sports. In fact, it borders to the south with the natural oasis of the WWF of Bolgheri, to the north with a centuries-old pine forest that can only be explored on foot or by bicycle, while to the east is the majestic Macchia della Magona, an interesting biogenetic reserve.
PRIVATE BEACH free service. About 300m away is the private sandy beach of Marina di Bibbona. From May, 1 umbrella + 1 deck chair + 1 cot per room is available free of charge to guests.

They are divided into Standard with simpler furnishings and located on the first floor, Plus on the second and third floor completely renovated, Green (doubles only) furnished like the Plus but located in the Annex.
