8 APARTMENTS Recently built, located in the hamlet of La Caletta, the structure consists of a few residential units. It is about 1 km from the center of Castiglioncello, not far from the new tourist port.
BEACH They are just 200 meters from the small free sand and gravel beach and 350 meters from the cove with bathing establishments. At about 1500 meters there is the Quercetano Bay, wide, sandy and well equipped. On the beach it is possible to practice water sports and rent pedal boats while at the tourist port it is possible to attend sailing courses and rent boats and offshore charters.
FACILITIES They feature an elevator, a private garage (subject to availability, payment on site), free Wi-Fi, and self-check-in. In the village of Castiglioncello, guests can enjoy a wide variety of services, including a market, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, medical services, a nightclub, and, for sports enthusiasts, tennis courts and five-a-side football pitches. The property accepts credit cards (excluding Amex and Diners).
THE APARTMENTS Well furnished and equipped with all comforts, they can be located on the ground floor with patio and garden or on the first and second floors with balcony, always equipped with table and chairs. They are equipped with free Wi-Fi, microwave, TV and bathroom with shower.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights until 11/07 and from 22/08, 5 nights in other periods). Arrival from 17.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (Mandatory payment by credit card before arrival) Children over 2 years old: €10 per person per day. Includes on-site assistance, electricity, water, and gas, and bed linen and towels changed weekly.
FINAL CLEANING (Mandatory payment by credit card before arrival) €70 for two-room apartments, €90 for three-room apartments, €120 for four-room apartments. Failure to clean the kitchenette and dispose of waste will be charged €100.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 100 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS Upon request (mandatory payment by credit card before arrival), €5 per day. Free for guests with their own crib (maximum one crib per apartment).
