RESIDENCE 135 APARTMENTS Located in the Tuscan countryside, in an area rich in history, just minutes from the sea and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast. It is approximately 3,5 km from Suvereto, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy, and 5 km from Venturina. The complex extends over a wooded hillside covering approximately 22 hectares. The six courtyards were designed to recreate the ancient settlements typical of the area; the houses, with external staircases, porticos, terracotta floors, whitewashed walls, and wooden-beamed ceilings, preserve the atmosphere of the ancient village and daily rural life.
BEACH A short drive takes you to some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast, such as Baratti, Calamoresca, and San Vincenzo, as well as those of Rimigliano Park (13 km away), Sterpaia, and the Gulf of Follonica. All sandy, they offer stretches of free beach alternating with beach clubs. The municipal shuttle stops at the beaches.
FACILITIES It offers unattended private parking, a 12x25m swimming pool for adults and a children's pool, both open from mid-May. There's also a snack bar, open from May 30th to September 13th, ideal for a quick lunch. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property's outdoor area, a coin-operated laundry and dryer, and a shared barbecue area. Air conditioning is available in common areas and there's a nighttime concierge service. The green park features a children's playground, a five-a-side football pitch, table tennis, and a tennis court (for a fee). From July 1st to August 31st, sports and evening entertainment is available for guests aged 4 and over. Breakfast is available at the property's bar, offering a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and you can pay on-site. Horseback riding is available 3 km away. The property accepts credit cards, except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Fully furnished with finishes that reflect the rustic style of the Tuscan tradition, all with independent entrance and equipped for outdoor dining, they can be Ground floor with shaded porch and garden or First floor With a terrace covered by a wooden grill. They feature air conditioning, a TV, a kitchen with an electric stove, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Some also include a dishwasher, oven, and safe.
