RESIDENCE 14 APARTMENTS The property is located within the Cala Verde complex, close to the swimming pool and the bar/restaurant. It is a few hundred meters from the beautiful sandy beach and about 9 km from the center of Pula. Nearby there are places of historical and naturalistic interest such as the Punic-Roman archaeological site and the aquarium of Nora.
BEACH About 300 meters away is the beautiful beach of Santa Margherita di Pula, with its white sand and crystal-clear water. It offers beach clubs and stretches of public beach. The property has a partnership with a diving center, and offers boat, pedalo, canoe, and windsurf rentals. Docking for dinghies and other small boats is available at the nearby Cala Verde marina.
MACHINERY The complex offers one unattended parking space per apartment in the residence's parking areas, gardens, and outdoor spaces, a restaurant, bar/tobacconist, and children's playground. A swimming pool (open from July 1st to August 31st, approximate dates) and tennis courts are available for a fee. The town of Pula, 9 km away, offers a wide range of shops and services. The property accepts credit cards, except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Arranged on one or more levels, with outdoor space if on the ground floor or a terrace if on the first floor, both furnished. All include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, washing machine, and bathroom with shower. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.

ACCOMODATION Free (minimum 4 nights until August 08 and from August 29, 7 nights for other periods, pro-rata rates). Arrival from 08:08 PM, departure by 17.00:10.00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 19.30:24.00 PM. Check-in after midnight is not possible.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 3 years old, €40 per person per week (pro-rata rates for stays of less than or more than 7 nights). Includes electricity up to 7 kW per day per apartment (€0,50 per kW for any excess), water, gas, and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) mandatory Euro 70 Mono, Euro 80 Bilo, Euro 85 Trilo. Failure to clean kitchenette € 50.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (Payment on site, must not exceed the number of beds available) €25 per week. Free for guests with their own crib.
