APARTMENTS The apartments are located in various complexes along the beach of Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a large pine forest just a few steps from the sea. Santa Margherita di Pula is a town characterized by a coast that still bears the signs of history with its imposing watchtowers built over the centuries.
CONVENTIONED BEACH They are 150 to 500 meters from the white sandy beach and the transparent water of Santa Margherita di Pula, in addition in the surroundings there are other small bays, rocky promontories and long beaches. Possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds at the affiliated bathing establishment (to be requested at the time of booking). Agreement with Diving Center, rental of boats, canoes, pedal boats and windsurfs.
MACHINERY Private unattended parking, shuttle service to/from the town for a fee. Nearby tennis court and soccer field. The town of Pula 9 km away offers all kinds of shops and services. Credit cards accepted except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Some are on the ground floor with a veranda or patio, while others are on the first floor with a terrace or balcony. All apartments are equipped with outdoor furniture, and some are split-level. Furnished to suit the individual tastes of each owner, they each have a private entrance, TV, washing machine, and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available upon request at the time of booking and is subject to a supplement payable locally. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.
BILO 2/4 beds (approx. 40 m2) Living room with kitchenette and double pull-out sofa bed. Double bedroom (sometimes in the mezzanine). Services. Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 4 nights until 08/08 and from 29/08, 7 nights other periods, pro-rata rates). Arrival from 17.00, departure by 10.00. Please advise for arrivals after 19.30. Delivery after 24.00 is not foreseen.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on site) mandatory over 3 years, Euro 40 per person per week. (pro-rata rates for stays less than or more than 7 nights). Includes electricity consumption up to 7 kw per day per apartment (exceeding Euro 0,50 Kw), water and gas. Bed linen and towels changed weekly.
AIR CONDITIONING (payment on site, to be requested at the time of booking) Euro 75 per week per apartment.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) mandatory Euro 80 Bilo, Euro 85 Trilo. Failure to clean kitchenette € 50.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (Payment on site, must not exceed the number of beds available) €25 per week. Free for guests with their own crib.
