APARTMENTS The residential complex is located on a hill about 8 km from the center of Stintino.
BEACH The small pebble beach of Le Saline is about 3 km away; equipped with beach clubs, it offers windsurfing, canoeing, and sailing. The renowned beaches of La Pelosa and La Pelosetta are about 10 km away. The property provides a complimentary beach umbrella and beach towel rentals.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking, free Wi-Fi in the area in front of the reception (connection not always guaranteed), a reception desk (9:00 AM/1:00 PM and 5:00 PM/8:00 PM), and barbecue facilities upon request. A nearby market (outsourced) is open from June to September (approximate period). The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished simply and functionally, they all feature a furnished patio or balcony, air conditioning (1 split in Villa 4/Villa 4 IN and Villa 6 ESC, 2 in Villa 6 IN, 3 in Villa 8 ESC), TV, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave, bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer. Iron and ironing board available upon request. Villa 4 does not have a pool, while the EXCLUSIVE (ESC) they have private pool and IN they have a swimming pool shared with other apartments. Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights until 11/07 and from 12/09, 5 nights other periods). Arrival from 17.00, departure by 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00 to issue the Key Box service code for key collection (if not reported, delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed). Penalty Euro 50 for arrivals after 20.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on site) mandatory over 3 years from 13/06 to 12/09, Euro 5 per person per day 3/12 years, Euro 10 over 12 years. Includes electricity, water, gas and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels with weekly change (for stays less than 2 weeks only the first supply is provided).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) mandatory Euro 80 Villa 4/5, Euro 90 Villa 6/7, Euro 100 Villa 8/9. Failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to dispose of waste Euro 50.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 200 per apartment.
