54 APARTMENTS The structure overlooks the Marine Protected Area of ​​Asinara Island. Consisting of five residential groups surrounded by gardens, it is about 4 km from the center of Stintino and a few meters from one of the most famous beaches in Sardinia.
BEACH The renowned beach of La Pelosa is about 250 meters away, partly free and partly equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas. Characterized by fine sand, turquoise sea and a shallow seabed that slopes gently, it is protected by the Piana island and the suggestive dark stacks of Capo Falcone, on top of which stands the granite Falcone tower. Home to a Diving Center, on the beach you can practice, in addition to diving, water sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing. Nearby are other beaches such as La Pelosetta and Spiaggia del Gabbiano, both equipped with bathing establishments. The structure provides 1 umbrella to take to the beach free of charge and the possibility of renting beach towels.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking, a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), and a children's play area. Guests can use the barbecue, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, coffee machine with capsules (available for purchase at reception only), and bicycle use (deposit required). Excursions can be booked for a fee at the reception desk (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM). Numerous amenities, including bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, are nearby. THE APARTMENTS Finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, they are available on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a balcony, both furnished with a table and chairs. All apartments include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), a TV, an induction hob (two burners in Comfort and four burners in Premium), a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. Bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Premium apartments include a dishwasher. Comfort apartments include a small fridge. Notify for arrivals after 20.00 to release the Key Box service code for the collection of the keys (if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed).
