The property was designed with terraced architecture on multiple levels, connected by stairways. The rooms and apartments are located in the residential area, while the seaside area houses the pool, restaurant, and entertainment and Kids' Club areas.
BEACH In a typical cove well integrated into the rocks there is a platform for swimming, which can be reached via ladders. At about 500 meters away is the free beach of Lu Poltu di La Rena, of sand mixed with fine gravel where it is possible to hire umbrellas and sunbeds with payment on the spot. About 3 km away, in the locality of Lu Bagnu, is the free Sacro Cuore beach connected in high and mid season with a shuttle service.
MACHINERY The property offers free unattended private parking or a garage that can be reserved upon reservation (subject to availability), with payment on site. It also features two panoramic swimming pools and a hot tub with a furnished solarium and bar. During periods excluded from the Club Card, for a fee of €5 per person per week, only the pool facing the restaurant will be accessible. Common areas are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi. Two elevators, one of which has a panoramic view, are also available. A buffet breakfast is served in the new indoor dining room, while main meals are served at the table in the restaurant with a stunning sea view (there is the option to purchase a drink package with meals for an additional fee). For children and athletes, included in the Club Card, there are: Mini Club 3/9 years with games for children, entertainment, fitness area with treadmill and exercise bike. On request, with payment on the spot, car rental service. In the center of Castelsardo there are numerous services and facilities, bars, discos, grocery stores, markets and chemists. The property accepts credit cards.
