132 APARTMENTS In a panoramic position near Badesi, the structure is divided into two Residences, Borgo Marino and Sa Ventana, a few meters apart. They are terraced apartments, surrounded by well-kept gardens. The panorama that can be enjoyed from this stretch of coast is very suggestive, in fact the Asinara Island is clearly visible on the horizon. Here too the typical landscape of the Mediterranean coast dominates, in the air you can breathe the essences of myrtle, strawberry tree, rosemary and cistus.
CONVENTIONED BEACH payment on the spot. It is about 2500 meters from Badesi mare, characterized by a vast beach of fine sand bordered by natural dunes. Reachable via a paid shuttle service, it offers the possibility of renting umbrellas and deck chairs at the affiliated bathing establishment.
MACHINERY Both properties have private, unattended parking and an outdoor pool. A bar is available to guests staying at the Sa Ventana residence. Borgo Marino offers free Wi-Fi and barbecue facilities. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished to the individual tastes of each owner, some with sea views, all have a furnished veranda or terrace, private entrance, fan, TV, iron and ironing board, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The three-room apartments are located exclusively at Residence Sa Ventana.

ACCOMODATION Free (min. 5 nights until June 14 and from September 06, min. 7 nights other periods, pro rata rates). Arrival from 09:09 PM, departure by 17.00:10.00 AM. Please notify for arrivals after 20.00:24.00 PM. Penalty of €40 for arrivals after midnight.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on the spot) compulsory Euro 35 per person per week. Includes consumption of electricity, water and gas, bed linen with weekly change, use of the swimming pool.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) mandatory Euro 60 per apartment. Failure to clean kitchenette Euro 35.
LINEN (payment on the spot, to be indicated when booking) rental of bathroom linen on request Euro 7 per person per supply.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 100 per apartment.
