RESIDENCE The property is about 800 meters from the small tourist resort of Vignola Mare and is immersed in the wonderful pine forest, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The apartments are arranged in a courtyard around the swimming pool between paths and flower beds.
BEACH About 800 meters away, dominated by the Aragonese Tower, is the fine sandy beach of Vignola, partly free and partly equipped, which with its low and sloping seabed is particularly recommended for families with children, while the rocks that delimit the sides, make it suitable for lovers of fishing and snorkeling. At the disposal of customers 1 umbrella to take to the beach and the possibility of renting beach towels.

THE APARTMENTS Terraced and furnished in traditional Sardinian style with soft colors, they are available on the ground floor or first floor with a furnished patio or balcony. All have a private entrance, air conditioning (one split in the two-room apartment), TV, free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), safe, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and an iron and ironing board upon request. ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights in periods A / B / C / D, 5 nights in other periods). Arrival from 17.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00 to release the Key Box service code for the collection of the keys (if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed). Penalty Euro 50 for arrivals after 20.00.
SERVICES INCLUDED Electricity, water, and air conditioning costs. Bed linens and towels are changed weekly (for stays of less than two weeks, only the first set is provided).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) mandatory Euro 70 Mono, Euro 80 Bilo. Failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to dispose of waste Euro 50.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 200 per apartment.
