APARTMENTS Distributed in a small three-storey complex, they are close to the renowned centre of Santa Teresa with its lively little square and characteristic artisan shops.
BEACH The fine sandy beach of Rena Bianca, famous for its crystal clear water, is about 1 km away, with the possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds and a Diving Center nearby. The property provides 1 umbrella to take to the beach free of charge and the possibility of renting beach towels. From mid-June to mid-September, shuttle service at set times with payment on site for the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata.
MACHINERY It offers unattended outdoor parking and a garage (limited spaces). At Mirti Bianchi, about 500 meters away, there is a reception office (9:00 AM/1:00 PM and 5:00 PM/8:00 PM), a shared washing machine and dryer, and, with a deposit, bicycle use (subject to availability). Excursions and car and motorcycle rentals can be booked upon payment on site. In the center of Santa Teresa, you can find a wide variety of services, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs, and shops of all kinds. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Simply and functionally furnished, they are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), TV, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board (on request), bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Some studios have a balcony, while the two-room apartments have a patio or balcony (some furnished). The photographs published reproduce only some types of apartments.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights in periods A / B / C / D, 5 nights in other periods). Arrival from 17.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00 to release the Key Box service code for the collection of the keys (if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed). Penalty Euro 50 for arrivals after 20.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on site) mandatory over 3 years from 13/06 to 12/09, Euro 5 per person per day 3/12 years, Euro 10 over 12 years. Includes electricity, water and air conditioning consumption. Bedroom and bathroom linen changed weekly (for stays of less than 2 weeks only the first supply is provided).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) mandatory Euro 70 Mono, Euro 80 Bilo. Failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to dispose of waste Euro 50.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 200 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (payment on the spot) Euro 5 per day. Free if with own cot.
