APARTMENTS The apartments, a complex of five apartments, are located approximately 300 meters from the village. The village is primarily made up of small residential complexes designed according to the most modern criteria to meet the needs of tourists.
BEACH The reference one is the beautiful white beach of La Cinta. The Tiffany apartments are between 800 and 1900 meters away (depending on their location) while those of the Vecchio Stazzo are around 1800 meters away. On the beach it is possible to rent umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. Affiliated Diving Center.
MACHINERY The Vecchio Stazzo apartments have unattended car parking. In the center of San Teodoro there are all kinds of shops and services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques, pharmacy, medical service, disco. The facilities accept credit cards except Diners.
THE APARTMENTS The different architectural style and the different location of the apartments do not allow a precise description of the same. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.
OLD STAZZO (VS) Furnished with care and characterized by warm and bright colors, they are all located on the ground floor, sometimes distributed internally on two levels. All with equipped veranda and independent entrance, have an unattended parking space, free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, microwave, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Possibility of air conditioning (on request at booking and with a supplement to be paid on site). Portable barbecues for common use.
TRILO 4/5 beds Living room with kitchenette. Double room. Double room with low beds. Services. Possibility of a 5th extra bed with supplement. TRILO 6/7 beds Living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom with low beds. Bathroom. (7th bed added with supplement). TRILO DUPLEX DS 6/7 beds Arranged on two levels. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed. Bathroom. First floor: Double bedroom and terrace. Twin bedroom with low beds. Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Old Stazzo, free periods A/B (min. 3 nights), Saturday/Saturday other periods. Arrival from 17.00 pm, departure by 10.00 am. Please notify for arrivals after 20.00pm. Penalty Euro 30 for arrivals after 23.00 pm.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on the spot) compulsory over 2 years, Euro 63 per person per week (fully due also for stays of less than 7 nights, pro-rata rates for stays of more than 7 nights). Includes on-site assistance, electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
AIR CONDITIONING (payment on site, only in Vecchio Stazzo) Euro 12 per day per apartment.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) non-cleaning of the kitchenette and non-delivery of waste Euro 50.
LINEN (payment on the spot) bed linen and towels for hire on request Euro 15 per person per supply.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment.
