Description

APARTMENTS The apartments are located between 200 and 1900 meters from the center of San Teodoro, depending on the location. The town is primarily made up of small residential complexes designed according to the most modern standards to meet the needs of tourists.
BEACH The reference one is the beautiful white beach of La Cinta. The Tiffany apartments are between 800 and 1900 meters away (depending on their location) while those of the Vecchio Stazzo are around 1800 meters away. On the beach it is possible to rent umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. Affiliated Diving Center.
MACHINERY Near the Tiffany apartments there are some public parking lots, while the Vecchio Stazzo complex has an unattended car park. In the centre of San Teodoro there are all kinds of shops and services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques, chemist's, medical service, disco. The facilities accept credit cards except Diners.
THE APARTMENTS The different architectural style and the different location of the apartments do not allow a precise description of the same. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.
TIFFANY (TIF) Furnished according to the taste of each individual owner, sometimes distributed internally on two levels, built in stone and Sardinian granite, they can be on the ground floor with patio and garden or on the first floor with veranda, both equipped. They have an independent entrance, TV and bathroom with shower.
BILO 4/5 beds Living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed. Double bedroom. Bathroom. (5th bed added with supplement). TRILO 4/5 beds Living room with kitchenette. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom, sometimes with bunk beds.. Services. (5th bed added with supplement). TRILO 6/7 beds Living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed. Double bedroom. STAYS: Tiffany, Available periods (minimum 3 nights until June 27 and from August 29, 5 nights for other periods). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM. A €30 penalty applies for arrivals after 11:00 PM.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 2 years old, €10 per person per day. Includes on-site assistance, electricity, water, and gas bills, and final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) non-cleaning of the kitchenette and non-delivery of waste Euro 50.
LINEN (payment on the spot) bed linen and towels for hire on request Euro 15 per person per supply.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS (payment on the spot) Euro 5 per day. Free if with own cot (max 1 cot per apartment).
