HOTEL 220 ROOMS Immersed in a lush 5-hectare park, it is located just 1200 meters from the center of San Teodoro, defined as the pearl of the North Eastern Sardinian coast and surrounded by the most sought after beaches. PRIVATE BEACH mandatory service to be paid at the Agency (see Club Card supplement). The reported sandy beach of Cala d'Ambra is just 300 meters away. The beach service is included in the Club Card and includes 1 umbrella + 2 deckchairs per room (subject to availability). 800 meters away, at the fine, light sand beach of l'Isuledda, umbrellas and deckchairs are available free of charge with daily rental, subject to availability. The hotel's shuttle service, free and at set times, to/from La Cinta beach. Beach towel rental and Diving Center with payment on site.
MACHINERY It has unattended parking, a swimming pool for adults and children, two bars, one of which is by the pool, free Wi-Fi, valuables storage at the reception, luggage storage and night concierge service. The restaurant, overlooking the island of Tavolara, offers buffet service for all meals with drinks included (microfiltered water, wine and soft drinks). Tables are not assigned unless requested and subject to a supplement (see Bronze VIP Package). The village has an open-air theater where entertainment shows are organised, Mini Club children 3/11 years e Junior Club for children aged 11/18 years, both divided into age groups (TH Baby 3/6 years, TH Kids 6/8 years, TH Fun 8/11 years, TH Junior 11/13 years and TH Teen 14/18 years) and guaranteed from 09/06 to 14/09. Among the services dedicated to the little ones (see Thinky Card) there are a baby food room and biberoneria with assistance at pre-established times, assisted catering for lunch and dinner with dedicated menus and a playground. Fitness programs, soccer field and tennis court are available to guests. For a fee, laundry service, photographer, boutique, medical assistance service at set times, car rental and excursion office. The property accepts credit cards.

ROOMS They all have a patio with garden or balcony, independent entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, minibar (filling on request for a fee), telephone, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The prices in the table refer to the types Classic which are divided into double, triple and quadruple rooms, the latter consisting of two rooms and a single service. The Family Room, subject to a supplement, they are mezzanine rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people.
