APARTMENTS The complex is located 500 meters from the renowned center of San Teodoro, reachable on foot with a short walk. This stretch of coast offers beaches, archaeological sites and nature trails among the most beautiful in Sardinia.
BEACH About 2 km away is the beach of La Cinta, a beach of fine white sand that extends for about 5 km, characterized by shallow and clear waters. There are numerous bathing services available. Possibility of reaching the beaches using local public transport. The structure provides 1 umbrella to take to the beach free of charge and the possibility of renting beach towels.
MACHINERY Free and paid parking nearby, barbecue for shared use, reception office (09.00/13.00-17.00/20.00), free Wi-Fi in common areas (connection not always guaranteed). Also free use of bicycles until exhaustion (with deposit), possibility of car/motorcycle rental and excursion bookings. In the village you can find all kinds of shops and services. The structure accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished in a simple and functional way, they can be located on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor Both apartments have a furnished balcony. They include air conditioning (1 split), a TV, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, an iron and ironing board (on request), and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Due to limited space, a crib cannot be added to the apartments. The photographs published reproduce only some types of apartments.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights in periods A / B / C / D, 5 nights in other periods). Arrival from 17.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00 to release the Key Box service code for the collection of the keys (if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed). Penalty Euro 50 for arrivals after 20.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on site) mandatory over 3 years from 13/06 to 12/09, Euro 5 per person per day 3/12 years, Euro 10 over 12 years. Includes consumption of electricity, water, gas and air conditioning. Bedroom and bathroom linen changed weekly (for stays of less than 2 weeks only the first supply is provided).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) mandatory Euro 80 Trilo 4, Euro 90 Trilo 5 and Trilo 6. Failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to dispose of waste Euro 50.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (Payment on site) €200 per apartment. For group bookings, the deposit will be between €400 and €600.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS cot not available, own cot not accepted. Free if in the parents' bed.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES up to 10 days before arrival as per the General Conditions; from 9 to 4 days 75%, from 3 days 100%.
