HOTEL 34 ROOMS Managed directly by the owners, it is located in San Teodoro, along the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, in one of the most beautiful geographical areas of the island. The variety of landscapes allows you to choose between numerous activities such as water sports, or excursions on foot or on horseback.
PRIVATE BEACH Payment on site. The property has a private beach club located approximately 2 km away at La Cinta beach. Beach service, available for a fee and to be requested upon booking, includes 1 umbrella and 2 loungers per room from 01/06 to 30/09 (approximate dates). The free municipal shuttle bus stops 150 meters from the beach. Windsurfing, kite surfing, beach volleyball, sailing, rowing, snorkeling, and diving are available.
MACHINERY It offers private unattended parking, a swimming pool with a hot tub and loungers, and a bar open from 10.30:24.00 am to midnight. Air conditioning in common areas, free Wi-Fi, a night porter service, and a large garden are also available. Breakfast is served buffet style, while dinner is served at the table. The restaurant serves traditional Sardinian cuisine and hosts a themed dinner once a week. Scheduled excursions and car, motorbike, bicycle, and e-bike rentals are available. All kinds of shops are located in the center of San Teodoro. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
ROOMS Furnished with handcrafted Sardinian furniture and fabrics, they feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, a minibar, a kettle, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. They are divided into Garden Pool (max 2 people plus possible cot on request), all on the ground floor with independent entrance, directly overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The Standard, (max 3 people plus a cot on request) located in the central building without a veranda. Veranda (max 3 people), also located in the central building, have a veranda equipped with table and chairs. The Higher, Newly built and overlooking the swimming pool, they can be double/twin, triple or quadruple and have an equipped outdoor veranda. Double chambers Garden (max 4 people, price on request) are made up of two double or twin rooms and a single bathroom.
PETS ALLOWED on request, payment on site, small size (only in the Veranda room) Euro 10 per day.
