APARTMENTS Located in San Teodoro, approximately 1900 meters from the town center, the apartments are housed in terraced or semi-detached villas surrounded by greenery, in one of Sardinia's most famous seaside resorts. The area, renowned for its countless beaches of pale, tropical-colored sand alternating with coves, offers both natural beauty and a vibrant nightlife.
BEACH At about 800 meters there is the clear sand beach of l'Isuledda, overlooking the splendid scenery of the island of Tavolara, particularly suitable for families with children thanks to the shallow and sandy seabed. Partly free and partly equipped, it offers the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds and pedal boats while at the kiosks bars it is possible to have quick meals. The beach is surrounded by sand dunes and fragrant junipers while a small salt lake develops behind it.
MACHINERY Guests have access to an unattended parking space, barbecue grill, and additional outdoor showers. Land and sea excursions to the Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Park can be booked at the reception desk. The village offers a wide range of shops and services, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, lounge bars, and nightclubs. The property accepts credit cards, except Amex.
THE APARTMENTS All ground-floor apartments, some with partial sea views, are accessible via a few steps. They feature a private entrance and a covered veranda furnished for al fresco dining. They also include a TV, iron and ironing board, and bathroom with shower. Fans are available upon request (no extra charge and subject to availability).
