APARTMENTS They are harmoniously inserted within residences made up of terraced houses surrounded by large green spaces. Often finished with the use of field stone and granite, some with sea views, they are located in the bay of Porto Ottiolu, about 700 meters from the center of the small town.
BEACH The Porto Ottiolu beach, characterized by a very fine sandy shore and shallow waters, is about 1100 meters away. Equipped with parking and refreshment points, it offers the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds and pedal boats and practicing windsurfing, canoeing and other seaside sports. At the well-equipped tourist port of Porto Ottiolu it is possible to moor boats or rent sailing and motor boats. The long sandy beach of Budoni is about 4 km away and also offers the opportunity to hire bathing equipment. About 5 km away is the town of San Teodoro, with La Cinta and the other famous beaches in the area.
MACHINERY In addition to the large unattended parking lot, you can book boat and inland excursions at the reception desk. Ottiolu's central square is home to numerous meeting places and eateries, craft shops, and boutiques. The village has an ATM, pharmacy, grocery stores, a newsstand/tobacconist, and evening markets. A nightclub (Agrustos) is about 2 km away. The property accepts credit cards except Amex.
THE APARTMENTS Some are on the ground floor with a patio and garden, others on the first floor with a covered veranda (some are split-level with a patio and garden), always equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for guests to enjoy al fresco dining. All have a private entrance, air conditioning (payable locally, one split unit in the living room), a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. Some also include a barbecue and additional outdoor shower.

ACCOMODATION Available until July 26 and from September 13 (min. 2 nights until June 7, 3 nights from June 7 to June 21 and from September 13, 5 nights from June 21 to July 26), Sunday/Sunday other periods. Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM. A penalty of €30 applies for arrivals after 11:00 PM and for departures before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 AM.
