RESIDENCE 30 APARTMENTS The property is 1 km from the town center and a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park.
BEACH The splendid beaches of Punta Tegge and Nido d'Aquila are about 700 meters away, reachable on foot in a few minutes. At 200 meters there is the public shuttle bus, a diving center and dock for small boats.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking and a paid garage, an indoor pool with limited access (open from June 1st to October 1st, approximate dates), and a solarium. Elevator and air-conditioned common areas are available only in the hotel area. Additionally, free use of the bottle-feeding area, children's playground, tennis court, and gym is available. Breakfast is served at your table. Laundry service is available for a fee. Guests staying at the Residence can enjoy breakfast at the hotel, paying on-site. A market and restaurant are nearby. The property accepts credit cards, excluding Diners and JCB.
THE APARTMENTS Charming and tastefully furnished, all with balconies except the Studio apartments, they are located in four terraced buildings on three levels. All apartments feature free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Some apartments have a ceiling fan. The Comfort apartments, unlike the Standard apartments, have air conditioning. A side sea view (bedroom or living room side) is available upon request and for a supplement. This is included in the Standard Two-Room Apartment 2/3/4, but not available in the Standard Two-Room Apartment 5 and Studio Apartment 2.
