APARTMENTS At the heart of the Punta Marana district, in the Gulf of Marinella, lies an enchanting setting, where the turquoise sea blends with the scents of the area's rugged nature. The recently built residence, just a few meters from the marina, consists of prestigious terraced buildings, connected by stone paths, lush gardens, and terracotta porticos. They cluster around a charming little square, home to a charming little church and a few shops.
PRIVATE BEACH Free service. The private beach area, equipped with umbrellas and loungers, is located in the closest stretch of sea. A pleasant walkway surrounded by granite rocks and typical Mediterranean vegetation leads to another sandy cove, also reserved for guests and equipped with umbrellas and loungers (beach services are available from May 31 to September 28). La Marinella beach offers numerous water sports, including pedal boats and canoes for rent.
MACHINERY Guests have access to private unattended parking, a bar, restaurant, reception, tobacco and newspaper stand, market, pharmacy, and other businesses (outsourced and open from May 31 to September 28). Free Wi-Fi is available in the service area. About 200 meters away, in the small port of Marana, there are restaurants, an ice cream shop, a hairdresser, artisan shops, a medical center, and boats. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Some with sea views, all are tastefully furnished. Those on the ground floor have a patio and furnished garden, while those on the first floor have a furnished veranda. Air conditioning (1 split), washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, induction hob, bedrooms always with low beds, and bathrooms with shower.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Available until August 08 and from August 29 (minimum 3 nights), check-in/check-out Saturday/Wednesday (minimum 7 nights), other periods. Arrival from 08:08 PM, departure by 17.00:10.00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 20.00:20.00 PM. A penalty of €30 applies for arrivals between 24.00:24.00 PM and midnight (unless otherwise agreed upon and for arrivals after midnight, the apartment will be handed over the following day).
SERVICES INCLUDED Electricity, water, and air conditioning consumption, bed linen and towels changed weekly, TV, dishwasher, and washing machine, and beach service at two private beach resorts (1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers or deckchairs per apartment).
FINAL CLEANING (payable locally) €80 for a studio apartment, €95 for a two-room apartment, €120 for a three-room apartment. Failure to clean the kitchenette and dispose of waste will result in a €50 fine.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 200 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 4 YEARS (payment on the spot) Euro 5 per day. Free if with own cot (max 1 cot per apartment).
ADDITIONAL BED (on request and only in Bilo and Trilo, payment on site) Euro 10 per day.
