70 APARTMENTS Located in the heart of the Punta Marana area, a short distance from the tourist port and numerous commercial and sports activities. The structure is made up of particularly well-kept buildings, connected to each other by porticos made of terracotta, granite and fine wood, grouped around the pretty little square where there is a small and charming church. It is about 5 km from Porto Rotondo.
PRIVATE BEACH free service. In the closest sea point to the structure available to guests, there is a private bathing area with umbrellas and sun loungers. A short and pleasant path through the pedestrian paths inserted between granites and typical Mediterranean vegetation, leads to the other sandy cove reserved for guests of the structure with umbrellas and deck chairs (the bathing services are in operation from 01/06 to 30/09). The beach of La Marinella offers the possibility of practicing numerous water sports with the possibility of renting pedal boats and canoes.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking, free Wi-Fi in the service area, a bar and restaurant, a reception desk, a bazaar/newsstand, a market, and other businesses (open from May 25th to September 30th, managed externally). Three multi-purpose, floodlit synthetic grass courts (tennis/soccer) are available upon request and for a fee. About 200 meters away, in the small port of Marana, there are restaurants, an ice cream shop, a hairdresser, artisan shops, a medical center, and boats. The facility accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Carefully furnished, they are located on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a covered veranda; some have sea views. All apartments have air conditioning (living room only), a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, bedrooms with low beds, outdoor table and chairs, and bathrooms with showers.
