APARTMENTS The residential complex is located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea, surrounded by large, well-kept gardens. The architectural design is typical of the area, with terraces, sweeping roofs, and large porches harmoniously nestled into the dense Mediterranean scrub. It is approximately 5 km from the center of Porto Rotondo.
BEACH Depending on their location, the apartments are 250 to 350 meters away from the small cove of fine sand which can be accessed along paths and characteristic gardens. At 800 meters the Marinella beach, much wider, is partly free and partly equipped with rental of umbrellas and sunbeds.
MACHINERY It has private unattended parking and a reception office with free Wi-Fi. At the tourist port, about 500 meters away, there are commercial activities such as a supermarket, restaurant-pizzeria, ATM, tobacconist, soccer and tennis courts and medical assistance. The structure accepts credit cards excluding Amex, Barclays and Maestro.
THE APARTMENTS Some have garden views and others sea views. Ground-floor apartments have a patio and first-floor terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. They also include a TV, safe, microwave, bathroom with shower or bathtub, and hairdryer. A washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning (in the bedrooms only) are available for a fee and must be requested at the time of booking.

Compulsory supplement for arrivals on Saturday and Sunday Euro 67 per apartment until 30/06 and from 31/08 and Euro 100 from 30/06 to 31/08 (fixed fee not discountable).
