106 APARTMENTS The complex is located in a panoramic position in front of the enchanting archipelago of La Maddalena, about 3 km from the center of Cannigione. Immersed in the green of the meadows and surrounded by mimosas, brooms, myrtles and junipers, it is the ideal solution for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday.
CONVENTIONED BEACH Payment on site. Just 300 meters away is the Bianca beach, accessible only on foot via a dirt path. Here, you'll find a partner beach club offering umbrella and sun lounger rentals (limited spaces, subject to availability; reservations are required and must be requested at time of confirmation). Over 3 km of white sand, framed by fragrant vegetation and lapped by clear waters, is interrupted here and there by small rocks that mark romantic coves. A diving center is nearby, along with pedal boats, canoes, and windsurfing equipment rentals. Barca Bruciata beach is 1500 meters away.
MACHINERY It offers private, unattended parking. About 100 meters away is the Sporting Hotel (under the same management), where guests have free access to the pool (swimming cap required) and use of umbrellas and loungers. The hotel accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Distributed in terraced blocks on three levels, they are furnished in a simple and functional way. Some with sea view, all have a covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, independent entrance, free Wi-Fi, TV, telephone and bathroom with shower. For stays longer than 7 nights, accommodation in the same apartment is not guaranteed.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 5 nights until 16/06 and from 16/09, 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 17.00 pm departure by 10.00 am. Please notify for arrivals after 19.00pm. Stays between two seasons are not possible.
SERVICES INCLUDED electricity, water and gas consumption. Bed linen (first supply only), bathroom and kitchen linen with midweek change, midweek and final cleaning of the apartment (excluding kitchenette).
